Empowering Leaders: Your Path to Impact

Side-walkers form the vital backbone of our program, offering invaluable support to our riders as they navigate their lessons under the guidance of our instructors. Side-walkers work along side the rider in the arena, maintaining safety awareness, while providing physical and motivational support. A rider may have up to two side-walkers depending on their needs. As you embark on your journey with us, you have the opportunity to ascend to the role of a leader—a beacon of guidance and inspiration for those we serve.

Through dedication and commitment, you can unlock the pathway to leadership within our program. After completing a full session of volunteering, you'll have the chance to undergo Basic Leader Training, paving the way to achieve either Level 1 or Level 2 Leader status. For those aspiring to reach greater heights, advanced leader training awaits, offering the opportunity to attain Level 3 or Level 4 status.

To ascend to the ranks of an advanced leader, you may choose to participate in advanced leader training sessions or opt for a personalized evaluation conducted by our esteemed Executive Director. Upon approval, you'll be entrusted with the important role of leading our classes or serving as a sidewalker, guiding our riders with confidence and compassion.
